Reinforced stretch has also been used, with the addition of Aramid Du - Pont Kevlar Fibre - Du - Pont Kevlar is a heat-resistant and strong synthetic fibre which is highly cut/abrasion resistant. Du - Pont Kevlar is used in a variety of clothing, accessories, and equipment to help make them safer and more durable. With five times the strength of steel based on an equal weight basis, it s the go-to fibre for protective apparel and accessories. - For further rider comfort, there is a removable mesh lining, and stretch cuffs for a secure fit and feel. The Suit has Moto - GP inspired sleek Shells on the Shoulders, and removable and adjustable Elbow sliders are also included. - For rider safety, the Suit has CE Level 1 Elbow, Shoulder and Knee protectors, CE Level 2 Hip protectors and the suit's rating is CE AAA to pr17092-2:2019. The AAA rating is the highest level, demanding four seconds of abrasion resistance with the machine spinning at 707.4rpm (the equivalent of 120km/h) in Zone 1 (Shoulders, Elbows, Hips and Knees), two seconds at 442.1rpm (about 75km/h) in Zone 2 (outer arms, torso, legs and feet) and one second at 265rpm (around 45km/h) in Zone 3 (inner arms, torso and legs). Additional features include flex Leather being used across the lower Back, Elbows and Knees for improved movement and comfort for the rider, along with inside Knee grip for tank stability. The Suit has removable Knee sliders, and Schoeller Keprotec reinforcement to protect stitches.
